What are the possible shipping methods?

For a purchase value of 100€ or above, shipping within Germany and the EU is free of charge. We collaborate with various shipping companies, and insure our parcel for the shipment. As soon as the parcel is submitted to the transport service you will receive a tracking-code that allows you to trace your parcel.

Is worldwide shipment possible?

We generally offer worldwide shipment. Please note, the costs of shipment can vary depending the destination. You can check the costs for your country here.

How long does the shipment take?

Your product is usually delivered within three to five days after receipt of the invoice amount. Within Europe shipment can take up to seven days. Worldwide shipment, to the USA or Australia for example, can take up to 15 day.

How do I order?

In our online shop you can find the current collection of ELYSEE watches. Naturally, there are also reserve wristbands, watch winders and other accessories available. Every purchase is subject to a cancellation period of 14 days, and of course, to all other legal regulations concerning cancellations and returns.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Registration of a customer account is not necessary to place an order. The collected contact data, including Name, address and e-mail address, is exclusively relevant for processing your order.

How can I track my order?

After completing your order, an order confirmation is sent to you by email. At dispatch you will receive another email disclosing the tracking code, which can be used to trace your order.
